Based on our belief in continual improvement, the company focused on appraisal of CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Level 3. TechnoVista Limited achieved CMMI® Level 3 following a formal SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) process.
CMMI is a Process Model Framework for process-improvement, developed by Software Engineering Institute (SEI), Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), Pittsburgh, USA. CMMI is the collection of best practices for process-improvement with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance for product quality and timeliness of delivery technology solutions.

Annisul Huq is one of the most well-known entrepreneur and businessman in Bangladesh. He was the President of the SAARC CCI. He was also the President of FBCCI, the apex trade body of the country, which represents 276 associations and 84 chambers of commerce in the country. He served as a President of FBCCI from 2008-2010. He has also served as the President of BGMEA for two consecutive terms in 2005 and 2006. He has continually helped Governments and Policymakers in formulating strategies for Bangladesh’s export oriented industries & the overall economy.

Rubana Huq is a well-known businesswoman, journalist, and intellectual in Bangladesh. She is also a regular columnist for all top English dailies in the country. Besides running the day to day operations of the business Mrs. Huq is well known for her contribution in the literary and cultural circle in Bangladesh. Besides her corporate identity, she is a poet, having won the SAARC literary award in 2006 and also took part in publications.

Navidul Huq, one of the most successful young technology entrepreneurs in the country. While still a 9th grade student in 1999, he became an IBM Certified E-Business professional. He has obtained his higher education from USA and is a key planner in the journey of TechnoVista in becoming a regional ICT services leader. He also came up with the vision of seeing TechnoVista becoming a contributor in the ICT sector of Bangladesh. He was the director of BASIS from 2013-2014. Besides being in the IT industry he heads a division of his family’s garments business which has doubled its revenue in the last 3 years.
