Vista e-Leave (An intelligent online Leave Management System)

Vista e-Leave System is a web based leave management system designed to automate almost all types of leave information for employees in any small, medium and large-sized organization. The system can be configurable according to specific leave business needs and scalable to business growth of the organization. Moreover, data storage and reporting capability of leave management system makes life easier to manage employee's leave information.

Leave Opening Balance Supports data uploading for leave opening balance from excel sheet.
Leave Entitlement Process Supports leave entitlement process for an individual employee or group of employees.
Online Leave Application Online leave application facility for those who are interested for applying leave through online leave application.
Offline Leave Application Offline leave application facility for those employees who are not using computer but can avail leave like peon, cleaning employees and so on. On behalf of these employees, any one can enter leave information after completion of leave process.
Manual Leave Approval or Rejection Leave approval or rejection through login into Vista e-Leave application.
Leave Approval or Rejection through email Leave approval or rejection without login into Vista e-Leave application.
Acknowledgement for Leave Approved or Reject through email Quick response to applicant for leave approval or rejection through email.
Alternate Leave Recommendation Process Alternate leave recommendation process if authorized line manager/recommender is absent or in leave.
Alternate Leave Approval Process Alternate leave approval process if authorized approver is absent or in leave.
Leave Adjustment Application Facility of leave adjustment against a leave application for less or more availing of leave against approved leave
Leave Encashment Leave encashment facility and auto deduct of encased days from leave balance.
My Leave Status User can see his/her leave status
Sub-ordinate Leave Status User can see his/her sub-ordinate's leave status if exist.
Dynamic Report Generation User defined report generation through report generation tools.
Leave Application Status Can verify the status of leave application to know its current state.
